About the work
Come Back
Graphite on wall and paper

The work presented by Santiago proposes a dialogue between the genre of drawing and its specific context, an attempt to expand the discipline to the spatiality of the assigned old ruin. In this intervention, graphite dust, historic architecture and nature merge into a single new form. The work seeks to use obsolete architecture, with all its nostalgic and historical value to make it shine, bringing the construction and its support systems closer to a new function
