Romina Salem Taborda
Born in 1972 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Graduated from the Painting Faculty of the Prilidiano Pueyrredón National School of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires. She worked as a painting workshop teacher in El Otro Foundation, Villa La Cava, and in the psychiatric ward of Piñeiro Hospital. She worked as a Chair Assistant in the subject Experimentation and production of visual messages in the IUNA, Buenos Aires. She carried out a painting workshop and painting studio with Diana Aisenberg from 2006 to 2009 and a work clinic with Tomas Espina in 2010. She received the sculpture scholarship with Nicola Constantino at the Borges Cultural Center in 2008. From 2009 to 2017 she directed a painting workshop for people with disabilities in the Espacio Workshops Roberto Fontanarrosa, Buenos Aires. In 2018, she created and directed, along with Alan Courtis, the free sonovisual lab for people with disabilities.
