CULINARY MEMORIES OF AN EDIBLE JOURNEY

Fermented Path
Perhaps the "Cold Fire" of fermentation has brought us here, and we are who we are thanks to its subtle and imperceptible movements? This exploration presents a symbolic journey through the ethno-culinary world of fermentation and migration. Inspired by her Lebanese roots and constant movement, this work aims to create a creative, sensory, and emotional immersion connecting bodily well-being and inner nutrition. The power of invisible, intangible living foods, emphasizing the symbiosis between bacteria and humans, foster a positive impact where time becomes an ally. Food, cooking, and eating shape shared choreographies, revealing the interplay of culinary and cultural ecologies.
